All event requests must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to that event.
Application Opens (Individual Families & Non-Profits/Agencies/ Single Family):
-October 1, 2025
Organizations please only request one toy per child so that we may get toys to all that are requesting.
Agency / Non-Profit / Single Family Application Deadline:
-November 1, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST

The following information should answer your questions, if it does not, please shoot us an email. If you do not immediately hear back from us, again, PLEASE be patient. For Individual Families
Required Documentation:
Photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport)
Proof of Residency in Cass, Clay, Jackson, Johnson, Platte, Ray, Wyandotte (e.g., Utility Bill, Lease)
Proof of Government Assistance (e.g., WIC, Medicaid, Food Stamps)
All individual family requests must be submitted online between October 1 and November 1. Please register early to ensure timely processing. Registration does not guarantee toy support.
For Non-Profits, Agencies, and Churches:
Organizations requesting toys must:
Be an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization
Submit documentation via the "Request a Toy" > "AGENCY & NON-PROFIT request form" on the national website
After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with a control number. This control number must be included in the subject line of all future correspondence.
Important Notes:
Submitting a request does not guarantee that your application will be approved.
We do our best to accommodate as many qualified non-profits and organizations as possible, but approvals are based on toy availability, documentation, and compliance with guidelines
The application system will not accept toy requests exceeding 200 total toys
Incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected requests may be automatically recorded as zero
All applications must be submitted no later than November 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST
Before Submitting:
Double-check that your email, phone number, secondary contact (if applicable), and toy totals are placed in the correct fields
Ensure your event date is accurate (Note: this does not determine priority or guarantee delivery by that date)
The total number of toys must be entered correctly under “total number of boys” and/or “total number of girls” — entries in the wrong fields will be recorded as zero
No changes can be made once your request is submitted
If we have questions or issues with your request, we will contact you via email. Approval and pickup details will only be confirmed after the registration period closes.
